TO KEEP THE ADHESIVE IN PRIME, WORKING CONDITION: Please store the HANG TABS in sealed boxes, leaving the adhesive unexposed with the paper liner attached, and out of direct light. We recommend storage of our adhesive based hang tabs in a temperature environment of 59° to 82° Fahrenheit (15°- 28° Celsius) with humidity between 20% - 60%. In perfect conditions, shelf life has exceeded 4 to 5 years, but as a general rule, we recommend using them within two years from purchase date. As general rule, if these recommendations above are not followed, the shelf life and ability of your adhesive on these products to function properly may decrease.
Rest assured, Clip Strip Corp. has multiple and comprehensive quality control checks on all the materials we use, in the production of our hang-tabs. We have incoming inspection testing, testing at the beginning of production runs, and additional testing on demand. Having stated this, it is still very important that our customers be aware that the adhesives used for our hang tabs, need to bond with a clean, dry, and contaminant free high-energy surface. One way to check for a high-energy surface is to test the dyne level. We recommend bonding with a surface that has a dyne level of 38 or higher.
