All Orders: Orders for standard / in-stock items will ship within 24 to 48 hours after being processed. Orders received before 3pm EST will be processed same day, orders received after 3PM (EST) will have a "next business day" processing start time. Clip Strip Corp. may fulfill an order by shipping from multiple warehouse locations, depending on the products ordered. If an order needs to ship "same day", please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Phone Orders: Our toll free number is 1-800-425-4778 (1-800-4-CLIP-STRIP). An original purchase order or letter of confirmation must follow all phone orders. In order to avoid duplicate orders, please mark your confirmation "Do Not Duplicate". Our friendly staff is available to take your order or answer any questions you may have Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM EST.
Faxed Orders: Our fax number is 201-342-1438. Faxing an order assures prompt, fast turnaround service. Faxed orders can be sent 24 hours a day. To confirm receipt of your fax, please call our toll free number the next business day. You can use our order form here.

Phone/ALL Offline Orders "Smaller Order" Fee: Due to the high cost of producing smaller orders via phone or other offline methods, our policy for all phone or offline orders under $100.00 has a Phone order charge of $10.00 for domestic orders and $25.00 for international orders. Phone "Smaller Orders” are accepted only on a pre-paid basis, by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. Returns of orders under $100.00 cannot be accepted.
Out of Stock & Back-Orders: Despite our best efforts, Clip Strip may not always have sufficient stock on an item to fill your order. If that is the case, we will contact you (via email, phone or both) and inform you of how many units are available for immediate shipment, and approximately how long it would take to ship the remainder. You must then let us know whether you would prefer to accept an initial, partial shipment, with the backorder to follow as soon as the goods are available or wait until we can ship the order complete. We will not process the order until we receive a response. Please keep in mind that depending on circumstances, higher shipping costs may be incurred on split order shipments.
Clearance Center Items: Sale of all items in this category are final. Returns will not be accepted. All the products have been reviewed, found to be of good quality and suitable for their intended purpose. If you wish, you may request a free sample prior to placing your order.
Payment Terms: Our terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval. Invoices past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate 18%). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Wire Transfer. All international orders must be prepaid via credit card or wire transfer. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 returned check fee. Credit card orders are subject to two charges, one for merchandise at time of order and another for shipping charges at time of shipment. A 40% deposit is required for all custom jobs. A $40,00 fee will be charged for receiving payment via wire transfer.
Freight Terms: All orders are shipped F.O.B. our Factory. Freight charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice accordingly. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost.
Drop Shipments: A drop shipment charge of $9.50 per location will be added to all orders shipping to more than 2 locations.
Shipping & Handling: We charge a $2.00 per box handling fee on all domestic orders and $3.00 per box for international shipments. For truck shipments, we charge a $25.00 per skid handling fee. The customer will be responsible for any and all costs arising from incorrect and/or incomplete shipping account or destination information. These costs include, but are not limited to charges for erroneous deliveries, invalid customer provided shipping account numbers, storage fees and any other extra or additional costs or expenses.
Claims: Once the merchandise is tendered to the carrier it becomes the property of the recipient and the recipient assumes all risk for lost or damaged product. Please check shipments carefully and sign for the proper amount of cartons or pallets. Any damaged cartons must be recorded on the bill of lading and a claim made directly to the carrier. Customer must inspect all shipments within 10 days of receipt. Failure to notify us of defects or shortages within 10 days of receipt shall constitute acceptance of shipment.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted on stock items only within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by CSC and require a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original, unopened cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, small orders, clearance items, special projects, non-stock items, special packed and kitting orders.
Back-Order Policy: Due to the nature of the supply and demand of our inventory, and by additionally offering custom cut-to-size material and made to order assemblies, our website does not always specify if an item is on backorder, is in some sort of production delay, or has recently ran out of stock. Although we make every attempt to notify our customers of backorders as soon as possible, sometimes it can take a couple days to find out that an item is out of stock or not available in the requested size. If we are out of an item at the time of order, we may either backorder items that are out of stock and ship any remaining items immediately, or if we expect availability of the backordered item within approximately two (2) weeks, then we typically try to ship your entire order together upon receipt of the backordered item. No additional shipping will be charged for shipping backordered items separately. Please let us know if you have specific backorder accommodations or if you need to cancel the backordered items to receive a refund at any time prior to the order being shipped.
New Accounts: To establish credit, please fill out the credit application in order to provide us with the following information: 1 bank reference and 3 current trade references. We require contact name, phone and email addresses of all references supplied. References are promptly processed. Please allow on average from minimum 1 to possibly 4 weeks or more for processing, it all depends upon the response time of your references. Customers applying for credit acknowledge and agree to all published terms and conditions of CSC and agree to proper payment in consideration of extended credit. Credit can only be established when an order is valued at $1,000 minimum before shipping, handling and sales tax.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements. A 40% deposit is required with a written purchase order for all custom orders (even if you have open terms). All custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
Samples: Most samples are shipped free of charge, in reasonable quantities and dollar amounts, and are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours, Monday through Friday. Sample Requests received after 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) will have a "next business day" processing start time. If you need the samples faster please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate. Sample orders are shipped via standard US Postal Service, in the USA and Canada. Requests for express or expedited shipping of sample orders, or international sample orders must be pre-requested and prepaid by the customer or shipped collect on their shipper's account. Standard USPS delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary from as little as 1 day to 7 days plus, based on multiple factors. Clip Strip Corp. reserves the right to limit quantities or dollar values of free products. Please keep in mind, "Free" samples are not available for every product in our offering.
